Vipingo Ridge Golf Resort

The Baobab golf course on Vipingo Ridge is Africa's first and only PGA-accredited championship golf course. This is truly one of the finest courses in the region and the perfect yet challenging setting for players of all ages and abilities. The course was designed by former European Tour professional turned course architect, David Jones and takes advantage of the Indian Ocean breeze, which makes play cooler up here than similar golfing destinations. The course boasts a spectacular coastal view backdrop, numerous water features and a relaxed attitude. You experience golf at its best at Vipingo. In 2020, Vipingo Ridge became a sanctuary for a number of different species as part of a program with Kenya Wildlife Services to win space for wildlife. Now oryx, water buck, giraffe and zebra wander the course and this feature truly elevates the game for all that play here.
