Karen Golf and Country Club

Karen Golf and Country Club was founded in 1937 and boasts being one of the oldest golf clubs in Kenya. The country club features an 18 hole golf course, restaurant, spa and nail bar and accommodation facilities that overlook the second hole of the golf course. It is considered, by some, the prettiest course in Kenya because of its unique flowering shrubs, lakes and wetlands and outstanding indigenous trees. This championship golf course is built on the coffee estate developed by Karen Blixen, whose life story is depicted in the award winning film "Out of Africa".
